Microsoft Sues Google: Battle For China

Microsoft sued Google because of a former vice president of search technologies and Microsoft's chief architect of business strategy in China, Kai-Fu Lee for an breach of a noncompete and confidentiality agreement. Microsoft also accuses Google that they knew about conditions of the Lee's contract where it is stated that he can't work for a competitor company.

"Google is fully aware of Lee's promises to Microsoft, but has chosen to ignore them, and has encouraged Lee to violate them," the suit alleges.
